Educational Goals
The Daniels Institute knows that adults have varying learning styles. Some people learn visually, some through hearing and some kinesthetically through hands-on. Our instructors are sensitive to these issues and work individually with each student so they can understand.
We are strong in the sciences of anatomy, physiology, pathology and kinesiology. We are a hands-on school with most of the time dedicated to massage therapy application.
Jade is a master T'ai Ji and Yoga instructor. Time is allotted for self care for the student, teaching each to relax and center, thus allowing for better care of their clients.
We are strong in both western and eastern massage theory and applications such as Swedish, deep tissue, pressure points, medical, sports, reflexology, Shiatsu, Reiki, cranial sacral, Ayurvedic and energy work.
With an exciting and balanced program, each student (with total participation on their part) is totally prepared to take and excel in the national exam.
Jade has studied with many exceptional teachers and healers and motivational speakers such as Tony Robins - participating in the fire walk. She brings all that excitement and thrill of doing something you love to do into the classroom. She realizes that desire and will kindle the flames of your dreams.
